  • Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback; act as a partner to clients.

  • Source candidates, including passive candidates.
  • Discuss screened candidates with client groups and recommend top candidates for interviews.
  • Give tours to candidates before onsite.
  • Attend interviews with client groups to evaluate candidates.
  • Manage offer process including initiating background checks, negotiating offers, and extending offers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; OR associate degree and 2+ years of experience; OR 3+ years of professional recruiting experience in lieu of a degree
