About the role

Strategic Account Executive focused on driving new business and expanding relationships with DTC brands, leveraging AI-assisted research and outreach to close SaaS ecommerce deals within Tapcart’s mobile commerce platform.

Responsibilities

  • Get in front of the brands building the future of DTC and help them see what a great mobile experience can do for their business
  • Use AI to research accounts, personalize outreach, and create assets that deliver value to your prospect’s inbox
  • Bring energy into every call with merchants and teammates alike
  • You’ll be a true owner from first email to signed contract and work side-by-side with Sales leadership, Solutions, and key stakeholders, while staying close to the customer to deliver value early and iterate quickly.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of closing experience in SaaS ecommerce or Shopify ecosystem is required
  • A track record you can point to quota attainment, deal size, what you learned when you missed
  • Comfortable prospecting. You’re supported by other channels, but this isn’t a pure inbound role.
  • You don’t sleep on leads. Ever. You’ll get on a plane if that’s what it takes.
