About the role

Internship position focused on mechanical/thermal engineering within the Platform Team to support NPI prototyping, manufacturing fixture development, liquid cooling technologies, and rack-level system development for high-power ASIC systems.

Skills

Required:Mechanical engineering fundamentalsHands-on mechanical systems experience
Nice to have:Board design cycle, high-speed interconnects, power delivery, and system integration
