About the role

AI-native operations for the banks company Bretton AI is seeking a Solutions Engineer who will act as the technical bridge between Account Executives and prospective customers, delivering customized demos, building proofs-of-concept, and translating customer needs into feasible AI-based compliance solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to scope and deliver compelling, customized demos tailored to prospects' business needs
  • Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes that showcase how our AI agents can solve customers’ problems
  • Present our technical solutions to both business and technical stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner
  • Confidently handle technical objections, including questions about integration, compliance, and performance
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to provide field feedback and influence product roadmap
  • Contribute to sales enablement materials, demo environments, and best practices to scale the team’s impact

Qualifications

  • A strong technical background in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, translating complex AI concepts into business value
  • Comfortable building quick prototypes and debugging code in real-time
  • Consultative, customer-first mindset with a passion for creative problem-solving
