About the role

Senior full-stack engineer role at Careforce, a YC-backed healthcare AI startup. Focus on building AI-enabled workflows for patient acquisition and care operations with a stack including Python and React.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own full-stack features using Python (Fast API) and React
  • Collaborate with product and AI teams to design scalable, data-driven solutions
  • Develop and deploy backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces
  • Contribute to architecture decisions, infrastructure, and data pipelines
  • Experiment with LLM/agentic applications and integrate them into product workflows
  • Ensure code quality, testing, and maintainability across the stack

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in full-stack development
  • Proficiency with Python and React
  • Experience with FastAPI and modern frontend frameworks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and architectural thinking
  • Exposure to ML/AI concepts and data-driven decision making
  • Experience at startups (seed to Series A) and mature companies preferred
  • Some experience with LLM/agentic applications is a plus
