About the role
Role within ARQ's Founders' Office to drive critical initiatives across product, growth, operations, and AI by partnering closely with the founders. Focus on scaling product/value, optimizing funnels, and executing growth initiatives, with responsibilities spanning partnerships, customer support, payment rails, and local growth efforts.
Responsibilities
- Be a rainmaker: work hand in hand with the founders to win across growth, operations, and AI initiatives
- Drive product and growth platforms: analyze product metrics, design and ship features, optimize funnels, and improve engagement and viral growth
- Drive operations and AI: scope new payment rails, develop end-to-end partnerships, perform customer support, analyze and resolve customer issues
- Growth: execute local growth efforts including community building, affiliate marketing, brand marketing, and influencer marketing
Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience as an entrepreneur in a VC-backed company, a top-tier management consulting firm (BCG, Bain, McKinsey), or in a top-tier investment bank (bulge bracket)
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organizational ability to locate information across the company
- Resourceful with high attention to detail and due diligence
- Strong analytical skills and taste for aesthetics
- Team player, driven, relentless, and a proven closer
- Business fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus
- Ideally an expat living in New York or willing to relocate; ARQ can sponsor visa
