About the role

Product Designer at ARQ focused on wealth and investment product, building intuitive, visually compelling, user-centered designs and shaping the end-to-end design process in a hyper-growth fintech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new user experiences from scratch using the design system to build new flows and align brand with product experience
  • Own our end-to-end design process by turning concepts into tangible designs with Figma wireframes for engineers and collaboration with marketing
  • Breath life into the product and brand by transforming standard moments into delightful end-user experiences and ads
  • Be at the heart of product development, collaborating with founders and engineering to define problems, wireframe prototypes, and deliver high-quality product deliverables

Qualifications

  • +3 years of relevant Product Design experience in a hyper-growth tech company (+$1b USD valuation) with heavy engagement
  • Creative problem-solving with an eye for beautiful, simple designs, strong attention to detail and due diligence
  • Keen sense for human emotion and ability to build products that surprise and delight consumers
  • Ability to think deeply about user needs and articulate design decisions while understanding technical implications
  • Solid written and verbal communication; awareness that copy is part of screens
  • Ideally based in London or willing to relocate; visa sponsorship available
