About the role

ARQ’s first Product Owner dedicated to building and leading the initial credit card product launch, with end-to-end ownership of strategy, roadmap, and execution across product, operations, and go-to-market for an unsecured credit card offering across markets.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the end-to-end development and launch of ARQ’s first unsecured credit card product.
  • Owning the product strategy, roadmap, and execution across product, operations, and go-to-market.
  • Partnering with issuing banks, processors, credit bureaus, and other key stakeholders to build strong, scalable integrations.
  • Tracking and optimizing the performance of the credit product, using data to guide rollout, iterate, and scale fast.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in credit or consumer lending — ideally in credit cards or unsecured lending.
  • Proven experience launching and scaling a credit card or consumer lending product.
  • Comfort working with external partners such as banks, processors, and bureaus.
  • A founder's mindset — a problem solver ready to roll up their sleeves to build from scratch.
