About the role

Growth analytics lead role at ARQ, a fintech platform, responsible for owning growth data, budgeting, and financial planning across four core markets; translates data into actionable strategies in collaboration with Head of Growth and founders.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the analytical backbone for the Growth leadership team, presenting findings and strategic recommendations that directly influence budgeting, roadmap prioritization, and business strategy.
  • Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across the entire user journey (AARRR: Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue).
  • Conduct complex, rigorous analyses (e.g., cohort analysis, A/B test analysis, attribution modeling, lifetime value (LTV) forecasting) to identify opportunities for growth optimization and understand 'why' user behavior changes.
  • Design, implement, and analyze controlled experiments, providing clear, statistically significant recommendations to product and marketing teams.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional experience in an analytical role
  • Background in McKinsey, BCG or Bain is preferred.
  • Expert proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and analysis.
  • Advanced experience with a modern data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Proven ability to work with statistical tools or languages for data analysis (Python/R is a strong plus).
  • Deep understanding of statistical significance and the proper execution/analysis of A/B/n testing.
  • Strong understanding of key digital marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS, CPA, etc.) and how marketing investment impacts the P&L.
