About the role

ARQ is seeking a role in the Founders' Office to drive critical initiatives across growth, product, operations, and AI, closely collaborating with the founders to move the business forward.

Responsibilities

  • Be a rainmaker: work hand in hand with the founders, taking on tasks beyond traditional scope to win
  • Drive product and growth platforms: analyze product metrics, design and ship features, optimize funnels, and improve engagement and virality
  • Drive operations and AI: scope new payment rails, develop end-to-end partnerships, provide customer support, analyze and resolve customer issues
  • Growth: execute local growth efforts including community building, affiliate marketing, brand marketing and influencer marketing

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience as an entrepreneur in a VC-backed company, a top-tier management consulting firm (BCG, Bain, McKinsey), or in a top-tier investment bank (bulge bracket)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organisation and information-gathering abilities across the company
  • Resourceful with high attention to detail and due diligence
  • Strong analytical skills and a taste for aesthetics
  • Team-oriented, driven, relentless, and a proven closer (high perseverance)
  • Business fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus
  • Expat experience or willingness to relocate to London; ARQ can sponsor visa
