About the role

ARQ is a fast-growing fintech building cross-border money movement infrastructure. This role focuses on hiring top talent, partnering with founders and executives, and building scalable recruiting processes.

Responsibilities

  • Hire A - players: you will work with the co-founders and the executive team to calibrate roles and seniorities, hire the best talent in the world, and create hiring playbooks

Qualifications

  • Proven track record or hiring A players in a fast paced environment
  • Precise sourcing skills (we don't only rely on inbound applicants)
  • Resourcefulness, ability to leverage LinkedIn as well as the network of the current team to source potential candidates
  • Strong interpersonal skills, you will be able to connect and build lasting relationships with both stakeholders and candidates
  • High EQ, being able to understand what drives candidates and assess cultural fit. You value candidates highly and provide them with a world-class experience throughout the process
  • Excellent organisation skills, being able to manage candidates funnel with maximum attention to detail and due diligence. We believe in providing a white glove experience for our candidates and stakeholders
  • Ability to work well as part of a team, a relentless drive and a track record as proven closer
