About the role

Sales Engineer with technical and sales responsibilities to drive growth in robotics and automation across manufacturing sectors; manages the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and collaborates with engineering and solutioning teams.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across manufacturing, industrial automation, automotive, electronics, logistics, and educational sectors.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable robotic automation solutions.
  • Understand cobots and robots.
  • Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept discussions.
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and solution presentations.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
  • Coordinate with solutioning, engineering, and project teams to develop customer-specific solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers, system integrators, OEMs, and channel partners.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, customer visits, and technical seminars.
  • Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, forecasts, and sales reports.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related engineering discipline.
  • 2–6 years of experience in technical sales of robotics, industrial automation, machine vision, PLC/SCADA, motion control, CNC, or related capital equipment.
