About the role

Embedded Product Manager (EPM) focused on healthcare AI transformation, partnering with engineers and researchers to define how healthcare organizations reinvent themselves with AI and drive real outcomes in healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders to define their long-term AI strategy and transformation roadmap.
  • Embed with our customers to understand their priorities and pain points deeply (e.g., interviewing executives, shadowing clinicians, observing workflows).
  • Work backwards from the long-term vision to prioritize specific use cases that connect ambition to immediate business value.
  • Design high-value workflows with engineers and researchers.
  • Help manage the team and process to meet goals while fostering a motivating environment.
  • Quantify and articulate the business value delivered to customers.
  • Navigate the “human terrain” at customers—establish governance, manage stakeholders, and handle challenging conversations.
  • Drive change management and product adoption throughout the customer organization.
  • Translate learnings into reusable playbooks, refine go-to-market motions, and grow our footprint in healthcare.

Qualifications

  • Deep subject matter expertise in healthcare (e.g., hospital operations, risk adjustment, Medicare).
  • Proven track record of end-to-end execution on large, complex healthcare products.
  • Ability to abstract complex systems for end-users, engineers, and executives.
  • Motivation to work on high-leverage, impactful problems in hospital systems, health-enabled services, or health-tech.
  • Extreme agency and bias toward action.
  • Excitement about AI transforming businesses and understanding gaps between needs and offerings.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Willingness to be in-person in NYC office.
