About the role

Executive IT Support Specialist to provide world-class, always-on IT solutions to SpaceX executives, coordinating with IT, Applications, and Information Security teams, and delivering high-level support with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level customer support with ownership and follow-through.
  • Collaborate with corporate IT, Applications, and Information Security teams to enable executive workflows.
  • Design, document, deploy, and support technologies used by the executive team.
  • Manage schedules and provide after-hours and weekend support when necessary.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT support.
  • 1+ years of experience in executive IT support.
  • Experience with Windows, OS X, iOS, or Android operating systems.
