About the role

Starlink Enterprise Account Management for aviation, responsible for onboarding, managing, and growing strategic enterprise aviation accounts from contract signature through activation and ongoing relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic Enterprise Aviation customers from contract signature, onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention/growth of revenue
  • Collaborate with Account Specialists and Leads to manage day-to-day requests including orders, invoicing and supply management
  • Build relationships with executive stakeholders to identify requirements and manage expectations, driving revenue realization quickly
  • Collect, communicate and champion customer feedback to influence programmatic and technical development
  • Deliver impeccable customer service with efficient issue acknowledgement and resolution
  • Retain and grow value of accounts in hardware and service revenue
  • Own assigned accounts to realize forecasted revenue, communicating readiness levels, requirements, schedules and risks
  • Identify and lead implementation of process and system enhancements to improve handoffs and execution across cross-functional teams, evolve customer experience, and scale the business

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; OR high school diploma/equivalency and 10+ years of professional experience in business development, program management, sales or account management
  • 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
