About the role

Technical Program Manager responsible for end-to-end development of next-generation AI infrastructure hardware platforms, coordinating across multiple teams and external vendors to design, validate, and deploy high-powered AI/ML servers at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical program management of next-generation hardware platform(s) for Meta Infrastructure in a matrix organization covering Data Center, Network, Hardware Systems, Infrastructure Engineering, Software Engineering, Capacity Management across multiple physical locations
  • Own overall program success, spanning end-to-end development of the hardware product from inception to production and adoption
  • Develop and manage programs including scope, requirements, development model, schedules, and deliverables with engineering teams, partners, and stakeholders
  • Scale AI best practices, workflows, and artifacts across teams to compound capability
  • Support growth of other TPMs and cross-functional team members via mentorship on AI-native practices
  • Use AI-enabled tools to build programs and prototype, validate, and ship tangible artifacts
  • Influence roadmaps through product interceptions, market fit, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies
  • Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases
  • Partner with engineering counterparts to define product roadmaps
  • Drive communication to leadership, stakeholders, and core teams
  • Drive internal process improvements across teams and functions
  • Analyze infrastructure needs and produce hardware designs and prototypes
  • Manage and drive strategic vendor engagement and delivery

Qualifications

  • B.S. in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate workflows
  • Experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery
  • Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope
  • Experience operating independently across multiple teams with critical thinking and leadership
  • Communication experience with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products
  • Organizational, coordination, and multi-tasking experience
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems
  • Experience in cross-time-zone collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and partners
