About the role

Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design and build scalable, production-ready applications across web, mobile, cloud, edge, and AI-driven systems, connecting Uncovr’s AI infrastructure with clinical users and healthcare workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build scalable full-stack applications that connect AI services with user-facing dashboards, control panels, and clinical workflows.
  • Build robust web and mobile application experiences, including workflows that connect mobile and web interfaces.
  • Collaborate closely with AI researchers and engineers to transform prototypes into reliable, production-grade systems.
  • Build backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and microservices that support AI-powered product features.
  • Integrate Uncovr’s applications with clinical systems, including EHR environments such as Epic or similar platforms.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of production experience in full-stack engineering, software engineering, platform engineering, or a related technical role.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience building modern frontend applications, ideally with React.
  • Strong backend engineering skills, including API design, databases, data modeling, and service architecture.
  • Experience building scalable full-stack applications that connect complex backend systems with intuitive user-facing interfaces.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and deployment of production systems.
  • Experience with distributed systems, data pipelines, or microservice architectures.
  • Understanding of mobile application development and how mobile and web applications can work together in a unified product experience.
  • Experience integrating software into healthcare environments, especially EHR systems such as Epic or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work closely with AI researchers and product teams to turn ambiguous requirements into reliable software.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.
