About the role

Enterprise Lead responsible for introducing automotive/manufacturing leaders to a sophisticated industrial AI platform, guiding from initial contact to enterprise-wide deployments, and expanding partnerships within large international manufacturing organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from first meeting to close and especially scaling globally within the existing customer base
  • Strategically navigate and expand within large international manufacturing organizations
  • Identification of process optimization potential on the shop floor and translation into concrete AI solutions
  • Build and present robust business cases to stakeholders on management and c-level
  • Develop rollout strategies to scale successful pilots into enterprise-wide deployments

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in Automotive, Manufacturing, Enterprise Software Sales, and/or Consulting
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication
  • Solid understanding of AI, software, and production processes
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and orchestrate stakeholders
  • Business-fluent in German and English
  • Based in Munich or willing to relocate, ready to go all-in with us
