About the role

Design-focused role building a category-defining AI-first wealth management product. Own design from problem definition to shipping, collaborating with advisors and cross-functional teams to simplify complex workflows and improve the user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the design in your product area, from problem definition to shipping.
  • Move fast, ship often and see your work in the hands of real users.
  • Talk to advisors to understand their problems and inform your design.
  • Design and prototype in Figma and AI tools like Claude Code and Cursor.
  • Use and improve our design system, raising the bar for consistency and quality.
  • Give and receive direct feedback and iterate toward the best solution.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience designing complex multi-user products with high data density.
  • Ability to simplify multi-step, high-stakes workflows.
