About the role

Design-focused role building a category-defining AI-first wealth management product, from problem framing to shipping, in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the design in your product area, from problem definition to shipping.
  • Move fast, ship often and see your work in the hands of real users.
  • Talk to advisors to understand their problems and inform your design.
  • Design and prototype in Figma and AI tools like Claude Code and Cursor.
  • Use and improve our design system, raising the bar for consistency and quality.
  • Give and receive direct feedback and iterate toward the best solution.

Qualifications

  • Systems thinking: you simplify complexity and design multi-user, high data density workflows.
  • Experience designing complex multi-user products with high data density.
  • Speed: you can ship quickly without waiting for the perfect brief.
  • Quality: you care about visual design, interactions and writing; emphasize clarity and execution.
  • Working style: comfortable with ambiguity; collaborate with Product Owners and Engineers; ask hard questions and advocate for what you think is right.
