About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the development of Nevis’ AI-first product experiences at the intersection of machine learning, generative AI, product strategy, and user experience for financial advisors and their teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the AI product roadmap, driving prioritisation and execution of features that leverage Nevis’ intelligence layer.
  • Translate high-level business and user problems into clear, actionable product requirements, scope features and define priorities.
  • Manage a team of world-class engineers, designers and product builders. And be the ultimate owner of the final solution quality and delivery timelines.
  • Apply technological and product expertise together with first-principles thinking to define AI product development strategy.
  • Put users and solving users’ problems in front and center of the team's focus and goals. Formulate these goals in a set of clear and measurable success metrics.
  • Communicate priorities, insights, and progress clearly across the business, ensuring tight alignment between engineering, operations, and leadership.
  • Champion user experience and constantly working on making it even better

Qualifications

  • Hands on experience with LLMs
  • Proven track record of shipping impactful AI-native products, preferable at scale
  • Proven ability to manage engineering teams and navigate ML/Engineering system design decisions trade-offs
  • Passion for transformative AI technologies, deep understanding of modern Gen AI and agentic product development patterns
  • Deep empathy for users and a track record of shipping impactful products with great UX
  • Excellent prioritisation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Proactive and creative problem solver with "get it done" attitude
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and take ownership end-to-end
