About the role

Forward Deployed Engineer working at the interface of product and customer deployments, translating requirements into robust implementations, delivering live fonio setups, integrations, automation, and ongoing optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Kundenanforderungen aufnehmen und in konkrete Implementierungspläne übersetzen
  • fonio-Setups in Produktion aufbauen und ausrollen: Workflows, Logik, Prompts, Guardrails
  • Integrationen in Drittsysteme umsetzen (APIs, Webhooks, CRM, Kalender, Ticketing etc.)
  • Kleinere Features und Glue-Code entwickeln, um Kundencases sauber abzubilden
  • Debugging unter Produktionsbedingungen: Calls, Flows, Edge Cases, schnelle Fixes
  • Wiederverwendbare Templates und Deployment Playbooks bauen, um Setups skalierbar zu machen
  • Produktfeedback liefern: Pain Points und Feature Gaps priorisiert und konkret ins Team tragen

Qualifications

  • Solide Coding Skills: du kannst eigenständig implementieren, nicht nur konfigurieren
  • Starkes Verständnis für AI-Systeme und LLMs (Prompting, Tool-Use, RAG, Failure Modes)
  • Workflow-Denken: komplexe Prozesse in robuste, testbare Flows übersetzen
  • Erfahrung mit APIs, Webhooks, Auth und gängigen Integration-Patterns
  • Cloud-Grundverständnis: Deployments, Observability, Debugging in Produktion
  • Sehr pragmatische Arbeitsweise: schnell liefern, stabil machen, iterieren
  • Bonus: Voice/Telephony, n8n, TypeScript/Python, SQL, Monitoring/Tracing, GDPR
  • Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau & Englisch fließend
