About the role

Role owning the 'how we say it' for paid ads, scripting hooks, angles, and narratives to stop the scroll and convert. Autonomy with direction from Creative Director, collaborative with designers, and data-informed iteration.

Responsibilities

  • Script and concept paid ads at pace — hooks, angles, storylines
  • Own creative angles for campaigns and develop new approaches
  • Work closely with the Static Ads Designer and Content Creator to turn concept into finished output
  • Operate autonomously; Creative Director sets direction and gives final sign-off
  • Test, learn from performance data, and iterate

Qualifications

  • Experience scripting paid ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) with demonstrable performance
  • Ability to think in hooks and angles and understand what stops people in the feed
  • Ability to produce fast and at volume without sacrificing quality
  • Genuinely excited about AI and the space
  • Very good English
