About the role

Fonio is Europe’s market leader for AI phone agents for SMBs and is expanding globally. The Performance Marketer owns paid campaigns, scales them internationally, and drives performance across markets.

Responsibilities

  • Launch and scale campaigns across new channels (TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, and beyond)
  • Manage large budgets with accountability and a performance-first mindset
  • Own tracking and conversion setup (Tag Manager, Search Console, offline uploads, and more)
  • Design and systematically test new campaign structures and landing pages
  • Extract learnings, iterate fast, and deliver measurable impact
  • Work closely with the Performance Marketing team and Go-to-Market managers

Qualifications

  • You've run international ad campaigns across multiple channels and understand how markets differ
  • Experience managing large ad budgets and the accountability that comes with it
  • Hardworking, analytical, structured, and a direct, ambitious culture fit
  • Strong English skills; German skills are a big plus
