About the role

Content Marketing Manager focused on the Polish-speaking market, shaping how businesses discover, understand, and trust fonio through performance ads, landing pages, organic content, and product messaging across the customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Own website and landing page copy for the Polish-speaking market
  • Write high-performing copy for Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other paid channels
  • Script ad creatives for YouTube and Paid Social
  • Create and execute organic content strategies across social platforms
  • Collaborate with creators, customers and influencers to produce authentic content
  • Improve messaging through user research, A/B testing and performance insights
  • Help shape product positioning and go-to-market messaging

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Copywriting or Growth Marketing
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or another fast-growing software environment
  • Outstanding writing skills in Polish
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused copy
  • Analytical mindset and a passion for experimentation
  • Native Polish and fluent English
