About the role

We are looking for a highly process-driven Technical Procurement / Purchasing Officer to strengthen the commercial foundation of our robotics solutions. Based in Stuttgart, you will own internal commercial workflows, build structured processes, manage commercial tasks, and support a team building cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities

  • Project & Order Management: Manage our projects from a commercial perspective, from the initial order to final delivery.
  • Purchasing & Material Management: Support the procurement of components and maintain close relationships with our vendors.
  • Inventory Management: Keep a close eye on our stock levels and ensure all components are in the right place at the right time.
  • General Administration: From preparatory accounting to master data management, keep our daily business running smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an Industrial Clerk (Industriekaufmann) or a degree in Business Administration.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a commercial or operational role.
  • Strong hands-on mentality; no task is too small or too complex for the team.
  • Motivation and willingness to learn are valued over deep robotics industry knowledge.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; ideally experience with ERP systems.
  • Business-level fluency in German and English.
