About the role

Dynamic Strategy & Execution Manager to drive expansion and transformation at headquarters in Stuttgart. Independently plan and manage cross‑departmental projects, optimize processes, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and prepare insightful reports and presentations to steer strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Project Delivery: Independently lead initiatives from conception to implementation, owning the full project, managing timelines, resources, and risks to achieve tangible results.
  • Process Optimization & Efficiency: Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions, acting as an internal consultant to reduce administrative friction.
  • Cross-Functional Bridge: Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless information flow and alignment across projects.
  • Insights & Reporting: Translate complex data into actionable insights and prepare reports, presentations, and KPI dashboards for decision-making.
