About the role

Growth-focused business development leader responsible for identifying, shaping, and capturing software opportunities in robotic and autonomous systems (RAS) for the SOF enterprise, translating warfighter needs into product and engineering priorities, and expanding revenue for the MFX business line.

Responsibilities

  • Find, pursue and close software related business across the DoW and partner/ally defense organizations, develop understanding of customer base and roadmaps, inform capture strategies and revenue forecasts, manage engagements with clients, generate growth strategies, monitor buying cycles, and lead proposal and capture efforts.
  • Develop capture strategies and cohesive business plans with acquisition plans, investment alignment, and program of record execution; engage stakeholders to shape requirements, secure funding, and develop win themes and supplier strategies.
  • Drive product development and program transition by translating client problems to engineering, outlining milestones, communicating across the company, and informing product decisions with client input.
  • Grow existing business by representing the entire MFX line, partnering with execution teams and product engineers to expand work with current clients and explore new areas.
  • Communicate Anduril’s value to clients and broader audiences, projecting the company’s ethos and competitive edges in next-generation defense technology.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience with the SOF Community and its operational needs
  • Prior experience with robotic and autonomous systems
  • Prior experience working with technical partners / engineering teams
  • Ability to interface with a wide range of U.S. Department of War and international customers
  • Ability to travel 25% – 50%
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
