About the role

Global Product drives manufacturing capability and platform development across Hadrian, working with customers and internal leads to build a cross-company roadmap. Senior, technical role focused on strategy and execution, reporting to the VP of Product and Engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Embed directly with customers and program teams to understand requirements and feed roadmap
  • Own and evolve the product roadmap for the company, prioritizing manufacturing and platform capabilities
  • Drive delivery across the business, making prioritization and resourcing decisions to align multiple teams
  • Turn process into products (e.g., Nexus, internal planning/execution tool)
  • Take new products from zero to one by building the case, shaping the product, and driving it into existence
  • Spot emerging risks and opportunities across teams before escalation to ensure resources and capabilities meet program needs

Qualifications

  • Technical depth in at least one core domain (advanced manufacturing, hardware, or technology) with fluency across others
  • Systems-level thinking
  • Influence and organizational navigation across cross-functional teams
  • Product taste and judgment to balance customer demand, factory-floor reality, and company direction
  • Bias toward driving outcomes with capability to set strategy and own execution
  • Comfort working directly with enterprise customers to scope work and translate needs into requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership across complex hardware and software systems
  • Deep mission alignment and motivation to rebuild America’s industrial base
