Senior Full-Stack Automation Engineer – Gravity
About the role
Senior automation-focused full-stack engineer responsible for driving desktop automation product development, reliability, and US expansion readiness within MedMe Health's Gravity pod.
Responsibilities
- Drive the Automation Product to Production: move workflows from experimental phase to production-ready state.
- Architect for Reliability & Scale: build robust desktop automation solutions scalable to thousands of pharmacies.
- Own the US Expansion Blueprint: design and implement infrastructure changes for US data residency, localized login, and model deployments.
- Implement High-Bar Security & Compliance: ensure HIPAA compliance and protect against MITM and reverse engineering.
- Lead Product Architecture: own end-to-end lifecycle of desktop automation tools, from installers to core architecture.
- Drive AI/ML Research: experiment, fine-tune, and train AI/ML models to improve automation accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate and Communicate: serve as a technical voice in client-facing discussions and broader forums.
- Mentor and Support: mentor intermediate and intern engineers to uplift the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a heavy focus on desktop automation.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and Node.js.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and SQL.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to clients; proactive in raising engineering concerns.
- AI fluency: ability to leverage, fine-tune, or train AI/ML models for automation problems.
