About the role

Equipment operator in a cleanroom environment supporting RF filter production for SpaceX Starlink and Akoustis, responsible for operating and monitoring complex equipment to fabricate high-quality devices and ensure safety and quality protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Operate process equipment to fabricate and characterize devices
  • Follow work instructions detailed in Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
  • Document production and statistical process control data
  • Ensure safety and quality protocols are followed
  • Communicate issues and suggest improvements to lead or supervisor
  • Cross train across multiple tool sets
  • Understand workflow through work center
  • Understand tool operation and error messages
  • Keep a clean, organized, and thoroughly maintained workspace
  • Put safety as number one priority

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate

Skills

Required:Reading and interpreting drawings and controlled documentationPC proficiency (Windows, Microsoft Office)Cleanroom operations
Nice to have:Electro-mechanical manufacturing experienceWafer/semiconductor handlingAttention to detail and communication
