About the role
Product Manager on the Core Platform team responsible for strategy, roadmap, and execution of Harvey's infrastructure powering the global legal AI platform, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and security across regions and products.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire infrastructure planning, prioritization, and roadmapping for a core area of the Harvey platform.
- Define and communicate crisp prioritization decisions balancing new capabilities with reliability, performance, and security.
- Define metrics that matter (adoption, engagement, quality, business impact) and hold the team accountable to them.
- Serve as connective tissue across functions, ensuring customer feedback, competitive dynamics, and technical realities inform product direction.
- Raise the product bar through rigorous specs, reviews, and decision-making.
- Architect multi-region deployment strategies, develop comprehensive observability infrastructure, and more.
- Collaborate with Head of Infrastructure, engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to ship high-quality products on a predictable cadence.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience shipping and scaling software platforms in a production environment with measurable impact
- Experience owning complex, technical products end to end (platform, infrastructure, or AI/ML)
- Ability to translate ambiguous problems and deep customer needs into clear strategy, requirements, and prioritized roadmaps
- Fluency working with engineering and design on technical trade-offs; comfort with distributed systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to define metrics and use data to guide decisions
- Outstanding written and verbal communication; ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions
- High bar for quality, strong product judgment, and ability to foresee product issues
