About the role

Senior Sourcing Analyst responsible for leading end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives across categories such as CX BPO, marketing, professional services, and corporate functions; partners with Legal, Security/TPRM, Finance, and business stakeholders to optimize third-party spend, terms, and supplier performance in a remote-first Coinbase environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end sourcing engagements, from intake and market strategy through RFx, evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, commercial operations, finance, or a related function, including services categories such as BPO/CX, marketing, professional services, or corporate functions.
  • Proven ability to independently lead complex sourcing projects and multi-stakeholder negotiations from intake through contract execution.
  • Strong quantitative skills, with experience evaluating vendor proposals, pricing models, benchmarks, contract terms, and spend data.
  • Experience partnering with Legal and risk teams on contracts, redlines, SOWs, order forms, security requirements, or third-party risk reviews.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to translate detailed analysis into concise recommendations for senior decision-makers.
  • Demonstrates the ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots in daily workflows, continuously learn as tools evolve, and apply human-in-the-loop practices to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality.
