About the role

Frontier AI research company role focused on building the company itself, working with founders, early customers, and special projects to enable rapid growth and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Founder leverage. Drive the founders' highest-priority initiatives while providing day-to-day operational support to keep them focused on critical conversations, coordinating priorities, and turning decisions into execution.
  • Zero to one with our first customers. Take first customers from zero to one, shape positioning, land early design partners, run pilots end-to-end, and scale motions with Business and Operations.
  • Company operating rhythm. Build and run systems for planning cycles, goal tracking and internal KPIs, internal communications, and cross-team execution; ensure decisions are made, tracked, and followed through.
  • Special projects. Tackle high-priority, least-owned tasks such as partnership negotiations, launches, landscape analyses, or operational fires.

Qualifications

  • MS or PhD in CS, EE, physics, math, or another STEM field, plus a few years in industry as an engineer, scientist, or researcher
  • Ability to read a paper and participate credibly in ML systems discussions; capable of engaging with frontier researchers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to distill technical depth into crisp decisions and narratives for investors, partners, and customers
  • Structured thinker with analytical rigor; able to decompose open-ended problems, prioritize ruthlessly, and execute quickly
  • Extremely high energy and endurance for an intense, all-in role at a frontier-lab pace
  • Bias toward action and low ego; highly resourceful and ready to perform across roles
