6+ years in implementation management, consulting, program management, or similar roles driving complex enterprise rollouts
Exceptional organization and written/verbal communication
Relationship builder with high EQ who earns trusted-advisor status with counterparts and executives
Strong judgment on when to escalate, when to say no, and how to scope to the minimum viable path
Comfortable coordinating across multiple vendors and stakeholders in complex, compliance-sensitive environments
