About the role

Deployment Strategists own live enterprise deployments of ValonOS, acting as operators, product strategists, data investigators, and executive translators to migrate regulated servicing operations onto the platform and achieve measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Maps a client's current operation, identifies gaps to ValonOS, sequences the roadmap, and obtains sign-off from experienced leaders.
  • Spends time querying the data warehouse to verify events (e.g., payoff events) across systems and drives data-backed business decisions.
  • Translates between engineering, client servicing operations, capital partners, compliance, product, and executives.
  • Sits onsite with foreclosure, escrow, loss mitigation, or cash operations specialists, then helps rebuild the workflow.
  • Configures and deploys the solution, monitors usage, and remains accountable for achieving the measurable business outcome.
  • Briefs stakeholders; starts work from raw data/code/conversations and ends with a decision the business commits to.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
