About the role

Experienced leader responsible for the dedicated management of 3PL operations across Meta’s centralized warehouse network, acting as the operational liaison between Meta and 3PL providers to drive efficiency, compliance, and scalable warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with internal customers to understand current and future needs
  • Shape the customer-facing vision of the team and roadmap for internal activities
  • Serve as the focal point of communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead logistics vendors’ execution in compliance with Meta policies and procedures
  • Develop, implement, and manage OKRs and KPIs; influence change within supply chain and external vendors
  • Develop standards, metrics, and procedures to maximize deployment efficiency
  • Support tooling/processes/systems for tracking, analyzing, and reporting inventory and related metrics
  • Enable effective operational performance across Meta’s multi-echelon supply chain
  • Assist in meeting Sarbanes-Oxley requirements related to operations and inventory control
  • Perform root cause analysis on 3PL operation discrepancies
  • Develop and maintain SOPs leveraging best practices for scalable, global warehouse operations; provide training for new vendors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics with organizational goals; prioritize optimization initiatives
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities; develop strategies to address them
  • Support tool/process/system development for inventory tracking and reporting

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in global logistics, distribution, or supply chain management with a proven operations track record
  • Experience in managing outsourced transportation logistics services
  • Hands-on experience with logistics management systems
  • Demonstrated leadership in influencing partners and mentoring teams
  • Operational experience at a logistics provider and distribution experience
  • Ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and drive supply chain execution; standardize data analysis across cross-functional partners
  • Experience driving continuous improvement and implementing standardized processes and systems
