About the role

The Operations Data Analyst will support the Operations team by delivering data reporting, analytics, and data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement in quality, automation, and efficiency. Roles include building and presenting dashboards, integrating data from multiple sources, and guiding process optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Determine appropriate methods to analyze operations, relevant information, and data sets.
  • Create operations-focused data views and interactive dashboards using Tableau, Excel, Google Sheets, and various visualization applications.
  • Design, build, and present dynamic dashboards that tell a data-driven story for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Present analytical findings and insights executive-level, professionally and accurately.
  • Build analytics ranging from core performance trackers to complex visualizations with multi-source data.
  • Validate, maintain, and audit operations dashboards for data integrity.
  • Integrate data from ADP, Smarteeva, and other internal sources to drive decision-making.
  • Partner with Technology to conduct deep dives into automation data and drive improvements.
  • Support Process Engineering by generating dashboards to identify bottlenecks and monitor changes.
  • Establish data-driven metrics to drive efficiency and quality gains for leadership and teams.
  • Use statistical tools to identify patterns and trends in operational data.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and devise data governance strategies.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations and peer coaching to upskill internal data literacy.

Qualifications

  • Technical proficiency in Tableau, Excel, Google Sheets, and visualization tools.
  • Executive presentation skills to translate data into professional narratives for leadership.
  • Analytical rigor with ability to quantify business functions for historical comparison.
  • Experience managing analytical projects across lifecycle from planning to maintenance.
  • Strong communication skills and collaboration with internal customers to gain consensus on insights.
  • Highly organized, deadline-focused, agile, and committed to quality and safety standards.
