About the role

Strategy & Operations Generalist at Fluidstack (onsite) responsible for building internal tools, automating processes, supporting engineering initiatives, and translating business requirements into technical solutions to accelerate organizational efficiency and infrastructure delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain internal tools, automation systems, and software solutions across the organization
  • Develop scripts and applications to streamline operations and eliminate manual processes
  • Support engineering initiatives and ad-hoc technical projects for leadership
  • Design and implement data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting systems
  • Integrate and optimize third-party tools and APIs across business functions
  • Contribute to infrastructure automation and DevOps workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of experience in a fast-paced, generalist operations or consulting role, ideally at a startup or scale-up
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or Physics
  • Experience with programming, scripting or statistical packages (e.g. Python, R, Matlab, SQL)
  • Track record of shipping projects independently in fast-paced environments
