About the role

BIM Engineer responsible for BIM production, federated model maintenance, clash detection cycles, and field-deliverable generation across multiple sites within Fluidstack’s capacity delivery workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Run BIM production for assigned sites: model management, clash detection, and drawing extraction.
  • Maintain the federated model: consultant uploads verified, versions controlled, issues tracked.
  • Run weekly clash cycles: detect, assign, verify resolved, report.
  • Produce field deliverables from the model: coordinated drawings, prefab packages, and as-built updates.

Qualifications

  • BIM coordination experience on large MEP-heavy projects.
  • Production-fast in Revit and Navisworks.
  • Ability to manage model versions and uploads with discipline.
  • Ability to generate clash reports that drive resolution.
