About the role
Role leading multi-site deployment programs for Fluidstack, driving end-to-end deployment of data centers and GPU-ready infrastructure across sites, with a focus on schedules, dependencies, resource sequencing, and TPM leadership.
Responsibilities
- Run the deployment program across all sites: schedules, dependencies, and escalations in one view.
- Own cross-site resource and sequencing decisions when parallel builds compete for the same teams.
- Build the program reporting leadership runs on: real dates, real risks, no weather forecasts.
- Lead the TPM team covering per-site deployment programs.
Qualifications
- You've run multi-site infrastructure programs as the lead TPM.
- You've made sequencing calls between competing projects and made them stick.
- Your program reporting is trusted because it has been right.
- You've built and led TPM teams.
- Bonus: Data center deployment programs. Hardware supply interface. Program tooling. Executive reporting.
