Lead tax planning and execution for a rapidly scaling data-center and AI compute company; own tax due diligence, transfer pricing, intercompany structuring, and cross-border tax strategies across multiple US states and international jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
- Run tax due diligence on acquisitions, site and power deals, and JV investments from LOI to signing, and turn findings into price adjustments, indemnities, and structure changes before documents are final.
