San Francisco, CA, New York, NY$176k - $224kFull-timePosted 3mo ago
About the role
Role focused on building and maintaining site-level forecasts for data center infrastructure, owning the monthly forecast cycle, and rapidly modeling scenarios to support scalable AI-enabled compute deployments.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the site-level forecasts: capex curves, opex ramps, and cash timing per building.
- Own the monthly forecast cycle: inputs gathered, variances explained, and the bridge to the last version clean.
- Model scenarios fast when a deal, delay, or design change moves the numbers.
- Automate the pipeline from source systems so the forecast updates in hours, not weeks.
Qualifications
- You've built capex and opex forecasts for large projects or infrastructure portfolios.
- Your variance analysis finds causes, not just differences.
- You're expert in Excel and dangerous in SQL.
- You turn a vague what-if into a modeled answer same-day.
- Your models are auditable: sources cited, assumptions labeled.
