About the role

Role focused on in-person collaboration, culturing an in-person work environment, and ensuring executive teams are supported and aligned across Fluidstack’s global hubs.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership Support: Coordinate travel, meetings, and ad-hoc executive requests to keep the team running efficiently.
  • Office Operations: Oversee logistics, space planning, and workplace technology to ensure the office is set up for seamless productivity.
  • Team Experience: Create a welcoming environment for new joiners, while managing office perks, socials, and team onsites that bring everyone together.
  • Culture Leadership: Build a strong sense of culture, helping unify Fluidstack as one team across each of our global hubs.
  • External Representation: Manage landlords, suppliers, vendors, and on-site job candidates.

Qualifications

  • You are highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders under time pressure.
  • You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy taking ownership to make things run smoothly.
  • You have strong communication skills and know how to build trust and positive relationships at every level.
  • You bring creativity and energy to shaping team culture, and care about creating great experiences for colleagues.
  • You’re adaptable and resourceful, with a “get it done” mindset.
  • You are available to be in-person 5 days per week.
