Role focused on employee relations at a rapid-growth company, owning investigations, counseling managers, and improving processes to scale People & Workplace operations with an emphasis on legal-ready documentation and pattern analysis.
Responsibilities
- Own employee relations across the company: investigations, conflict resolution, and policy questions handled fast and fairly.
- Run investigations end to end with documentation that stands up to legal review.
- Coach managers through performance and conduct issues before they escalate.
- Track ER patterns and fix the root cause, whether it is a policy, a manager, or a process.
Qualifications
- Bonus: Employment law background. Multi-state experience. Field or operations workforce ER. Manager training design.
