About the role

Role owning the day-to-day experience of Fluidstack offices, ensuring smooth, consistent, and high-quality employee experience across locations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day experience of your Fluidstack office, from space appearance and functionality to how people feel when they walk in.
  • Handle requests ranging from hardware issues (e.g., broken monitors) to service improvements (e.g., better lunch options) with ownership and clear escalation when needed.
  • Manage vendor relationships for your office (cleaning, catering, maintenance, supplies) and ensure performance against standards.
  • Implement shared workplace standards tailored to location.
  • Run a lightweight employee feedback loop to understand what's working and what isn’t.
  • Manage the office operational budget with clear tracking and no surprises.
  • Establish and maintain weekly vendor check-ins, monthly budget reviews, and quarterly planning.
  • Be the first point of escalation for workplace issues and ensure timely resolution or clear escalation context.

Qualifications

  • Experience running an office or workspace and taking pride in a well-run environment.
  • Experience managing vendors and service providers with clear expectations and performance tracking.
  • Organized and self-directed; comfortable without a daily task list from a manager.
  • Hospitality mindset and focus on experience, not just maintenance.
  • Clear communication, approachability, and precision, especially when things go wrong.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
