About the role

Mechanical Engineer role focusing on the modular product for Fluidstack, spanning from concept to released drawings, with responsibility for cooling, piping, airflow, liquid cooling loops, and cross-disciplinary integration in a fast-paced modular data-center manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engineer the mechanical systems of the modular product: cooling, piping, and airflow from concept to released drawings.
  • Own the liquid cooling loops, pumps, and heat rejection design the modular product's density depends on.
  • Solve the integration problems where mechanical meets structure and electrical: routing, interfaces, and tolerances where the disciplines collide.
  • Support the factory and field: mechanical RFIs answered same-day, fixes engineered into the next revision.
  • Prototype and validate: mockups, fit checks, and first-article reviews you attend in person.

Qualifications

  • You've engineered mechanical systems for complex physical products or modular construction hands-on.
  • Your drawings build clean: fabricators rarely call, and when they do you fix the drawing.
  • You work across disciplines instead of throwing problems over walls.
  • You've supported production launches of your own designs.
  • You iterate fast without losing configuration control.
