About the role

Materials-focused role responsible for the physical movement of materials, inventory accuracy, receiving, shipping, and materials management in a SUBSAFE environment at Anduril Industries.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving: unload inbound shipments, inspect packaging, process receipts in ERP with accurate part numbers, quantities, heat/lot numbers, and serial data; verify material certifications; route material to inspection/stockroom/production; identify discrepancies and escalate; handle oversized/heavy receipts.
  • Shipping: pack, crate, palletize outbound hardware; build custom crates and fixtures; generate bills of lading and packing lists; coordinate with freight forwarders; ensure ITAR/EAR/DOT compliance; maintain chain-of-custody for SUBSAFE, SOC, Level I material; stage/load outbound trucks and verify seals.
  • Materials Management: maintain ERP transactions for receipts/issues/transfers/movements; put away material; support kitting; perform cycle counts and inventories; track material certifications and shelf-life items; manage material segregation (conforming, non-conforming, customer-furnished, quarantined).

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of shipping & receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks (certification required or obtainable)
  • Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and barcode scanners
  • Ability to read and interpret POs, packing slips, and basic engineering drawings
  • Working knowledge of domestic shipping: carrier coordination, LTL, bill of lading preparation
  • Strong attention to detail: part numbers, quantities, lot/heat codes, revision levels
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for full shifts, and work in dock/warehouse environments
  • U.S. Person status (ITAR requirement)
