About the role

Production Associate on the Manufacturing Production team in Irvine, CA, supporting inventory management, material flow coordination, and production support to ensure timely availability of materials and supplies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work across the production floor to ensure parts are stocked and available when needed
  • Identifying, pulling, packing, crating, labeling, loading, and securing product
  • Ensure orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed
  • Complete cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy as a top priority
  • Maintain inventory by labeling and tracking materials and supplies, recording locations, and reporting shortages
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items or signal machine operators
  • Courier inventory between Anduril’s sites (Irvine, Santa Ana, Costa Mesa)
  • Expedite flow of material, parts, and assemblies within or between departments per schedules
  • Inventory adjustments and RCCA of missing/incorrect material handling
  • Oversight and material management over items moving to/from production floor and MRB
  • Cross-functional team communication to ensure inventory management is tracked and accurate (Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, Manufacturing, business lines)

Qualifications

  • 2+ years as a warehouse associate or equivalent role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Onsite availability in Irvine, CA, Santa Ana, CA and Costa Mesa, CA
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
