About the role
AI-first risk and ops platform company role to be the right hand to the Co-Founder/CEO, owning and expanding the Business Operations function including finance, growth metrics, marketing, and board preparation with AI at the core.
Responsibilities
- Own the operating dashboard (ARR, pipeline, retention, burn). Build board decks, investor updates, and financial models.
- Own product marketing, field marketing, and growth: positioning, launches, events, and pipeline-generating campaigns.
- Run the operating cadence: leadership meetings, goals, all-hands, and decision follow-through. Drive recruiting for priority roles from pipeline to close.
- Quarterback strategic projects and partnerships across product, sales, and compliance (e.g., merchant risk data-sharing consortium, Stripe App Marketplace launch, annual State of Merchant Risk report).
- Support partnership work with banks and card networks, and deliver analysis on competition, pricing, and new markets.
- AI leverage: build AI into every workflow you touch and set the standard for company-wide AI usage.
- Identify and own urgent unowned initiatives each week.
Qualifications
- ~2-4 years at MBB, a top VC, or equivalent high-bar analytical environment
